Facility Engineer
Job brief
This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience or certification with Autocad or similar CAD platform
- Familiar with mechanical and electrical symbols and standards for industrial design
- Create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Maintain and develop drafting standards.
- Organizing and managing facility drawings
- Creating technical documents and reports
- Understand plant utility system and develop plant drawings as required
- Maintain existing facility and process drawings
- Lead all utility and energy management related projects on the site
- Ability to manage and maintain facility monitoring systems - Building Management Systems (BMS) and alarms.
- Learn/assist in development of Trane Tracer monitoring of HVAC systems
- Assist maintenance organization with troubleshooting and diagnosing facility systems

Education Requirements
This position requires the following minimum education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineeering with an emphasis on Facility Design and Maintenance. Experience with AutoCAD and Certification and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Experience Requirements
This position requires the following minimum work experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1-3 years of experience using AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based upon data.
- Project management experience
- 2-4 years Utility systems experience
- Experience with Trane Tracer and Siemens Desigo BMS systems and other programing skills a plus.
